Startline Momentum

$187.00

Momentum focuses on building aerobic endurance while intentionally pushing pace through interval-style running—helping you run farther, faster, and with more confidence. If you’re looking to establish a strong foundation that supports your 2026 and beyond running goals, this is where that work begins.

Designed for runners who are confidently running—or close to—10K, Momentum blends steady mileage with structured speed work to create well‑rounded, resilient runners. Whether you’re considering longer distances like a future half marathon or looking to improve your pace, this clinic gives you the tools and support to progress with purpose.

You’ll train with intention, guided by coaches and supported by a community that believes consistency is built together.

What you can expect:

  • A balanced training approach that develops endurance while sharpening pace through interval-based runs

  • Coaching and guidance on effort, pacing, and progression—no specific pace requirement

  • Weekly conversations that support the full runner experience, from movement and mindset to fueling and recovery

  • Accountability and connection that make showing up easier—and more enjoyable

We know that meaningful progress happens when training is consistent, supported, and smart. Momentum creates that environment so you can build fitness that lasts beyond a single season.
